    Had a pre-purchase question and seller responded promptly with enough information to allow me to make the decision that his lock would suit my needs. I used BIN, and the lock was packaged right away. Got it today. I've already re-keyed it to match our locks. One of the reasons I felt this one would work is that 4 of the 5 key pins shown on the key were present, but in a different order on our key. Nearly a perfect replacement!     This is not a five-star review for the product. The product ended up being not as described. There was some Minor Details that were missed when it was sold. The five star review is for the sellers understanding, communication, and willingness to be a good seller and wrong any rights. I would absolutely buy from this seller again even though this purchase didn't work out. He gave me no problems whatsoever returning this and everything was smooth with the return and no worries.
