The unit was TESTED and it works great. I tested it with batteries and the AC wall connector. It may have not been used previously however the stand in the back is broken off. Also, when I opened up the unit the plastic around the unit was melted so I had to clean that up. That's when I noticed that the stand was broken off. So please keep in mind when buying. Other than that the unit is in good shape.
