KAMA SYWOR KAMANDA is one of Africa's greatest story-tellers. His imagery comes from African traditions but constitutes a universe at the boundary between the fantastic and the author's own reality. Kamanda's works have been translated into many languages and he has earned many prizes, including the Black Africa Grand Prize for Literature, the Paul Verlaine Prize and the Theophile Gautier prize from the Academie francaise.

    Item arrived as described, in perfect condition and in about a week. Well packaged in a large envelope and I thought it was well priced ... until I saw it elsewhere for half as much.
