I purchased two pairs of these thinking first broken item was a random occurrence but second was also broken! First had both side plates broken and second has one. I had first pair out of box for one day and material started chipping. It's a known issue with these after some research as it's how the material deteriorates naturally and seller is trying to say I did this and returned used pair! Now I'm having trouble getting a refund so be very cautious when purchasing! What a scam!!

I was originally concerned about buying an open-box "new" battery but JK confirmed it was new and I wasn't disappointed! Battery arrived very professional packaged and exactly as advertised (including exact original OEM model number). Installed battery, charged it up and everything worked great! The cost was reasonable. There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch.
