They were safely packaged and shipping was very reasonable. The only complaint I have is that I never received a response to my question about the width of the shoes from the seller. I saw she has tons of listings, so maybe she isn't able to get to them all, but I feel communication is very important. Other than the lack of communication, I would recommend this seller
