He wrongfully advised Ebay that there was something wrong with my shipping address, which is not true as shown by my purchase history on Ebay. If the seller wanted to rule out sales to US Virgin Islanders, he should have indicated such in his ad for the product, as many merchants do. Seller is at fault for not doing his due diligence. An unfortunate waste of time for the merchant, Ebay and me.

They try just to sell...the title of the products does not match the picture. We asked for a photo of the product received and it matched our listing EXACTLY. The buyer received EXACTLY what they ordered but has continued to send threatening & harassing messages to our employees. We offered to refund his money in full but so far, the buyer has refused to return the product to us. We have done all we can do to make them happy and they are now banned from ordering from any of our companies.
