Packing: The book was solidly packed in a large cardboard-type envelope and securely sealed. Communication: I was sent several updates in regard to the postage, which was great. The seller shipped the item promptly. There was a delay in delivery due to the Canadian postal strike which was no fault of the seller whatsoever but they were kind enough to help me track the item and even gave a partial refund on the shipping. Great experience with this seller!! Very pleased with the item :)
