Unfortunately, it showed up with a damaged screen. I contacted the seller right away, and their response was fantastic. They got back to me almost immediately, were super understanding, and offered a full refund without any hassle. The notebook was very well packaged with at least 5 layers of bubble wrap, I guess Australia Post must have dropped it a few (hundred) times on its journey.
