The laptop was not shipped until 7 calendar days after I paid, which ebay automatically did immediately. The laptop was advertised as having 16Gb of RAM, it came with only 8Gb. I sent the seller a message about it but the seller never responded. Since I would have had to pay for return shipping, I kept the laptop because otherwise it was fine, but I would not buy from them again.
