The seller listed the tracking (pre-label, USPS awaiting package) on 8/19. This status had not changed through 8/22. On 8/22 I reached out to see if they had dropped the package off... they did not respond to my message. The one positive is that when I filed for a refund the next day (today) they approved the refund immediately. Pretty much the only reason why its a neutral feedback.

It was a 10/10 experience.

Despite being carefully packed by seller and original packaging intact, the glow wings were faulty unfortunately either due to being faulty from when manufactured or an issue occurred during shipping. Even though it seemed FedEx took a long time to deliver it (was suppose to arrive on a Saturday but ended up being on a Tuesday), I still have absolutely no complaints with the seller because they did everything they was suppose to do to ensure my customer satisfaction, which is highly appreciated. Thanks again for selling it at a reasonable price, especially since the item was only available at the Disney Parks.
