They welcomed my input and ideas at the start of the process. They gave regular, unprompted updates throughout the process including progress photos. Shipping was fast and packaging was perfect. Everything arrived looking exactly as they did in the photos, looking fantastic and at the same level as the demo photos in the listing. Great value! He offered different options of bits he could 3d print to add to my commission. He allowed me to pick out different colors I wanted and even a theme for my model. They blew my expectations out of the water. My model arrived at my house in perfect condition and even about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend!
