The only problem was I received the wrong troll. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. The seller gave me an option to return the troll or make a $5 offer on the one I originally ordered and keep the troll I received. Since I didn’t know how to return it I opt to make the $5 offer. I was really impressed with this seller because they offer to make things right.

The price of shipping was reasonable and cheaper than some who charge a lot more for same type of item. The item was ordered on a Sunday and shipped out on a Tuesday, which I would consider next day shipping. The value was great for the item ordered. Some minor damage (does not seem to effect it s functionality) on the back side of the cartridge. Looks to have occurred during shipping as the photos of the cartridge provided by the seller in the listing does not indicate the damage. Seller had reached out in apologies for the issue that occurred during shipping and graciously provided a partial refund for the overall sale.
