They were not broken from shipping, but were broken from the factory where they make them in China. It even had a note written in marker on the padding within the box noting the broken clips from the factory, ha. The plates still clipped on fine to the PS5, so no problem there. Seller was great, and I would use them again! Great value and cheaper than the official PS5 plates.
