    The printer had an initial problem, which savvycopydeals kindly helped with. The printer arrived in good condition, and was clean, on a pallet. Savvycopydeals, also supported me throughout the purchase, and helped with a positive discourse. If you are looking for a used printer, this company is very reliable, and can be trusted.

    Well packaged for delivery, printing perfectly after arrival. Disappointed that some damage to the top cover wasn’t in the photos or description, especially for a refurbished device. Quickly despatched and delivered by DPD.

    I was a bit wary about buying from a dealer and about having a courier deliver. No problems with the seller though and I was lucky with the carrier so no breakages. The machine was packed better that it was when it was sold new. The seller answered a question that I had promptly and clearly. The machine is completely as described and the print quality is spot on. A friend wanted the printer as the quality was obvious so I passed it over and have ordered another more expensive machine from Savvy.
