At this price no reasonable person should complain but the seller failed to include the washers. Naturally I queried this & the seller responded assuring me the issue would be sorted to my satisfaction & asked me for a photo of the package. That was routinely trashed & the address thereon shredded. I thank the seller but would suggest that not everyone is out to scam sellers. YMMV, yadda yadda etc.
