From San Diego, CA to Saint Augustine, FL, literally coast to coast, there hasn't been the first issue. The items have been as advertised, in perfect condition, packaged extremely well, and delivered in a week's time. One could not ask for a better experience. Also, the pricing is much better than the nationally known "replacement" business for china.Set of 6 Queens IMARI Salad Plates (N° 156681320899)

Items were well packed, received promptly AND I knew exactly what I was getting. Vendor emphasized the china items were seconds - fair description and fair bargain. Both items looked perfect but even if there were small flaws I was fully informed and wanted them anyway. Trust is critical and I know I can trust these folks.
