I asked to wait instead of opening a case immediately. I did send thousands of packages in my life, as I had a mailorder once, and only 2 got lost (to Mexico and Russia). I had 100% positive feedback all the while and I am not responsible for the postal service which is either much too slow or completely unreliable in this case.
