The cd case was so damaged that it damaged the cd artwork but it wasn’t that bad to wear i want my money back. Also the cd itself is very dirty which im guessing is from the dirtiness on the packaging. First, I cover the CD with bubble wrap, then I tape the whole thing with clear vinyl tape to reinforce it. On the outside, I cover the whole thing with brown cardboard, and then I cover it with packing material. In other words, the whole CD is protected four times. If what you say is true, the only thing I can think of is that the delivery company handled it very roughly during delivery.Therefore, your rating is not helpful in rating me.
