Packaging was very good, description was spot on, but for value duty cost should've been upfront with the purchase as shipping price. If I was informed about the duties, would've paid that along with the purchase and shipping at the time. For duties ended up paying $54.07 CAD extra on-top the purchase and shipping. I explained why we were not able to test this product until two weeks past the thirty day return deadline. I sent the seller a message telling them TWO very important parts were missing out of this "NEW" machine (open box) I bought the first part for 16.00 and now the second part is 34.99 . They only offered me a credit of 35.00 . Very unsympathetic. I would never do business with this seller . again! I was skeptical that she had broken it or lost it in that time. She ultimately left me negative feedback because she didn't get what she wanted. Reluctantly I still refunded her for both parts and she still left negative feedback. Her husband must be living in complete hell everyday.
