    I was a bit wary about buying from a dealer and about having a courier deliver. No problems with the seller though and I was lucky with the carrier so no breakages. The machine was packed better that it was when it was sold new. The seller answered a question that I had promptly and clearly. The machine is completely as described and the print quality is spot on. A friend wanted the printer as the quality was obvious so I passed it over and have ordered another more expensive machine from Savvy.

    Well packaged for delivery, printing perfectly after arrival. Disappointed that some damage to the top cover wasn’t in the photos or description, especially for a refurbished device. Quickly despatched and delivered by DPD.

    printers gear assembly needs replacing and regreasing. no offer made to help with the repair or cost. The printer was well packaged, but not as described due to the above issue. Rated neutral as i dont believe they deliberately sold me a dead printer. Communication implied they didnt realise the problem. Tried to be fair on this review. If your shopping for a hp printer which has a gear assembly, ask specifically if it makes grinding noises.
