Would definitely buy from the seller again! 5*

(I had had a similar experience with parcel force with the neck of that guitar snapped off creating the hassle of repackaging and trying to get a refund). So I refused acceptance of this delivery. I have ticked positive as Seller gave Immediate refund once item had been returned. However the overall experience was not good.
