Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Gesundheit - Pflegewissenschaft - Altenpflege, Altenhilfe, Note: 1,0, Charite - Universitatsmedizin Berlin (Institut fur Gesundheits- und Pflegewissenschaft), Veranstaltung: Modul 06: Didaktische Modelle und Theorien, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit stellt eine an Klafki orientierte didaktische Analyse eines Unterrichts an einer Berufsfachschule fur Altenpflege mit interkulturellem Schwerpunkt vor. Konkretes Thema des Unterrichts sind der Einsatz der Krankenschwester Florence Nightingales im Krimkrieg (1853 bis 1856), die Mangel in Verpflegung, Versorgung, Ausstattung und Hygiene, die sie in den Militarlazaretten in Scutari und Sewastopol vorfand. Ausserdem werden die fachlichen Defizite behandelt, die sie bei ihren Kolleginnen beobachtete und die sie dazu fuhrte, die Krankenpflege zu reformieren und in einen Ausbildungsberuf zu verwandeln. Zukunftsbedeutung hat der Unterricht zu diesem Thema, weil die Wichtigkeit einer profunden Ausbildung fur die Qualitat der Pflege historisch hergeleitet wird. Zuganglichkeit erhalt das Thema Leben und Wirken von Florence Nightingale durch Hineinversetzen der Schuler/innen in eine Schlusselsituation, in der Nightingale eine Entdeckung zu mangelnder Hygiene macht, die ihr weiteres pflegerisches Handeln bestimmt. Ganz konkret erfolgt der Zugang durch die zahlreichen Medien, die uber das Leben und Wirken von Nightingale erschienen sind. Fur die heuristische Matrix nach Darmann-Finck wurde ein einzelner Aspekt des Unterrichts zu Nightingale herausgegriffen, namlich der Aspekt der Hygiene, und in die Gegenwart ubertragen, woraus die Struktur einer Lerninsel abgeleitet wird. Die thematische Strukturierung ergibt sich durch das Dreieck Biographie, Historie und Gegenwartsbezug. Die persoenliche Biografie Florence Nightingales steht sehr dicht vor dem Hintergrund der sozialoekonomischen Umwalzungen im Grossbritannien des 19.
