The Normatec ensemble had EVERYTHING there, plus a carrying case, instructions and all individually wrapped and carefully packed. This was so unexpectedly thoughtful. It was not only “as described”, but even BETTER!!!! The compression system functions surprisingly well. I can’t say enough good things about this vendor.
