Because, the seller gave me a GREAT price....So, KUDOS to the seller....For a most EXCELLENT shopping experience....

The condition was as described. My only issue was the shipping cost of $9.25, which was almost the same as the dress. If I wanted to send it back, I would have paid almost twice as much as the dress cost. I wish there would be a lower-cost shipping option.
