    Absolutely thrilled with these welly boots. They're exactly as described - including the advice of the excellent size guide. This was especially important following an ankle injury. Verity packed the boots perfectly and even included a choice of insoles with the package - astonishingly considerate. Postage was fast and very reasonable.     The wellies are fabulous and will be a perfect Xmas present for a daughter who loves all things starry. Initially I received the wrong size, but this was speedily rectified by excellent communication. I returned the wellies as instructed and a replacement pair were sent out straight away, arriving by first class post. They are just as described; the imperfections are minimal and barely noticeable. Great seller and very happy buyer.
