  This seller is an absolute disgrace. They didn’t bother shipping my package on time, made me wait an extra seven days for a so-called delivery, and then couldn’t even provide proof they sent the item. It’s clear they have zero regard for their customers or any basic sense of responsibility. I had to rely on eBay to step in and refund me because of their incompetence. This was the most frustrating, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this seller like the plague—total nightmare.

  After the package arrived in the United States, I sent logistics information to the buyer almost every day and told him that it was expected to be delivered on December 12th, but I did not receive a response from the buyer. The entire logistics only took 18 days. What do I need to do to satisfy the buyer?
