I informed Aaflips929 who replied "So sorry I can send a partial refund & you can probably purchase replacement pieces." I replied that I found the 2 missing tiles on Ebay for $10.57 after shipping and asked "how much refund?" The reply only said "1.5". Not only did it arrive 2 days early, the packaging was well done with bubble wrap and packing paper so my item did not shift, or get bumped. The cake pan I order which is a discontinued item is perfect just as described in the listing.
