There was an issue, however, since the listing was mislabeled. Hence four stars. I received 2x2GB of RAM which is not what I need. The seller has been very kind and prompt through the return process! Seller updated me frequently but bureaucracy won and the item never arrived. Selling and buying batteries has become a nightmare. That aside, buyer promptly refunded me.
