I had a promt reply from Stella apologising for the delay but she informed me my order had been lost by the Courier which was Evri. I received a full refund promptly the customer service was excellent. So i can't rate the item as it never arrived but i have purchased it previously but i can give customer service 5 out of 5

I contacted the seller who apologised and sent me the other 2 immediately. Kept me informed. Great seller. Will use again.
