It was very carefully packaged and arrived on schedule, with regular status update -- and shipping cost was very reasonable. Pleased with the seller's honesty, too: one of the photos showed a stamp on the base saying "Satsuma -- made in China," so there was no surprise on arrival that it wasn't in fact made in Japan.
