Professional staff who's there to help and a cut above the rest. They got the package out fast and helped me expedite it when the courier got delayed, and they actually delivered it way earlier in the day compared to the usual evening time, which was appreciated. The item came as described. I will be adding the seller to my favorite list and will happily purchase from them in the future.

Throughout the transaction the seller was professional, courteous and replied to messages promptly. Shipping was fast and the straps were brand new in factory packaging. No doubts about the quality or the value. The straps were visually appealing in the sturdy cardboard Home Depot box. So far, the straps have held up well. I have no complaints whatsoever. I plan on doing business here again. 6/5 stars!!!
