I have used this seller on many previous occasions and the transactions have always been seamless. As I reside in Canada, whose postal service was not accepting packages from the UK due to industrial action, the seller offered a refund without prompting. Eventually, the transaction could proceed. I consider this level of service to be consistently outstanding. Ironically, the item arrived well within time.
