The wholesaler (NV Sales LV) was very nice and understanding and refunded the amount paid as the product was useless in its manufactured state. I would give (NV Sales LV) a 100% rated as a seller who ensures their customers are 100% satisfied.

Very good outer cardboard packing along with closed cell foam padding, inside both of these sensitive electronic items were also surrounded with anti=static bubble wrap. invoice and power cable and DVI-HDMI adapter well packed inside.
