The unit was functional quickly, allowing me to install all my software without problems. The PC is quick and responsive, and the graphics are excellent. I had a minor issue when charging in that the charger was "trickle" charging, and I resolved that issue by purchasing a new Dell 130V charger. I am well pleased with the functionality of my purchase, and recommend this vendor!
