    I bought this generator assuming the solar panel was included, as the picture showed. After waiting a few weeks for the panel to arrive, I requested help from this seller. Communication was good. They confirmed I only purchased the battery and not the panel, but offered to split the cost of a solar panel. They provided the refund immediately. Great eBay seller, will use again.

    The seller was willing to bargain with me for the best deal. They also were up front, fast to communicate and honest. The package showed up quickly but was not but inside of a shipping box. The item was undamaged and showed up as described. I would definitely do business again with the person.
