It was packaged with care and arrived exactly as described - new in box and in perfect condition. It was shipped quickly after completing the purchase and arrived within the expected delivery window. I contacted the seller for clarification on the item's color and felt secure buying it based on the seller's description. When the item arrived I was frustrated to see that it was exactly as I had described what I DIDN'T want. The item arrived quickly and in great condition as described. No problem there. I let them know that it is more of a light blue color. Turquoise is more of a blue green. I have many turquoise pieces of jewelry, and this band is not the same color. This to me does not at all look greenish. Not one bit. My listing does not say turquoise. It says light blue. Because it's a light blue color. Not sure what this buyer expected out of me.I was 100% up front and honest. Sorry that you see the color differently.

The seller was exceptionally wonderful. I needed the item by a certain date and they made sure i got the item much earlier than expected. They were also very quick to answer all my questions!
