Again the seller quickly responded to my emails. In the end, I made a new replacement part / repaired the product; now it works well. Fedex screwed up and I got it after 3 days. I appreciate the fast shipping attempt and the communication, but even if it wasn't my fault and my customer expressed that the item didn't arrive when expected, I would still offer them a discount of some sort.
