Superb communication, the package was wrapped and shipped so beautifully and securely it was a work of art that I didn't want to cut into. The ice bin is dreamy and perfect for my needs. It actually holds a lot more ice than I thought it would. It is exactly as described in words and pictures. This was reasonably priced and I only paid for actual cross country shipping. What a deal!
