It was shipped USPS and I received email notice it had been delivered on a Saturday. When it wasn’t there I contacted our carrier who was off on that day. As Monday was a holiday he advised Tuesday to check the mail again and it was there. If arrived dead and will not charge. My wife threw out the packaging so i did not have a return address. I'm just done with the whole thing, do not buy from this seller. Unless your looking for a dead battery then they are perfect. People like these are why i love using amazon, amazon takes care of everything. Oh wel;l buyer beware
