"Klonoa: Door to Phantomile" is a 2.5D game for the Sony PlayStation. Released in 1997, it offers an interactive way for gamers to take a magical journey through the mystical world of Phantomile. Join Klonoa on a guided three-dimensional tour through what turns out to be the realistic manifestation of one of his dreams. Feel free to explore the obstacles and puzzles found on each of the game's 12 levels while collecting helpful items to defeat your enemies. These items include Dream Stones, secret keys, and bonus lives. You'll also have the chance to assist players along the way. Klonoa has special attack powers, which are the only way players can escape the wrath of the maniacal critters roaming Phantomile. Brave your way through this epic adventure if you want to help Klonoa discover the meaning of his dream. There's no other way to find out the reason why his mystery vessel ended up on Phantomile in the first place.Namco really turned up the originality when they made "Door to Phantomile." You play as Klonoa, an unusual animal of an unknown species. While he's depicted in the game as a 3D model, the game allows you to move him in a 2D fashion for a 2.5D effect. This makes for a different style of gameplay that's interesting for gamers. The controls are all extremely tight, so you'll be able to rise to the challenge. Since the game is rendered in 3D, you can interact with objects that are off the path of your characters.In addition, each world featured in this title is subdivided into a series of visions. Each of these features a door that leads to a boss. You'll need to grab as many powerups as you can before you walk through each door. These battles will keep you playing for a long time, and the mini games are challenging and fair. You'll always have access to what you need to complete any of the mini games. This also means you'll want to replay the mini games once you're done with the main story of Klonoa. You'll keep revisiting your friends Lunatea, Huepow, and Kaze even when you beat "Door to Phantomile."This PlayStation disc offers a classic PlayStation gaming experience. The game is compatible with several editions of PlayStation console. Since this is the official North American release, you'll be able to use it with any American Sony PlayStation unit. It works with any console that features the PS1 or PSX branding logos for magical fun. Since this video game features a forward-compatibility mode, you can also play it on the PS2 also. This mode lets you use PlayStation 2 consoles to experience the game with full-color NTSC graphics."Klonoa: Door to Phantomile" features adorable animal voices for you to enjoy. Klonoa babbles as though he were a rodent, and shouts "Wahoo!" as well as other cute phrases whenever you move him.     This seller is very kind and caring. He has amazing communication. Somehow, I ended up ordering the same video game twice. The first one we all thought was lost in the mail. However, it arrived today after ordering an SNES 1994 Ken Griffey Jr. Game (Presents Major Lrague Baseball.) I ordered another version of the exact same game and this seller refunded my money. That was very nice of him.
