They said open box, but they were packaged nicely. Still had bubble wrap. Products were as described. Great Value. Frigidaire has great products but their OEM filters are pricey. These are a great alternative. I would have shared feedback sooner but wanted to see how they operated for a couple of weeks. Will do business again.
