I understand once you give it to the USPS, the rest is out of your control. The seller offered to get me a refund, it was delivered the next day. Packing was perfect, just as described, a great buy. This was totally a steal given how great the camera operates, so I am very thankful for the seller. There were also absolutely no light leaks on it - my test roll turned out perfect!
