Bought item 10 business days before tariffs, seller decided to wait the 10 business days to ship, had to pay duty that was not mentioned at time of purchase. Photos show item new in box and title as well says new but item received seems used and the box was not included. Item is already overpriced so not getting even the bare minimum of what is listed is a disappointment. Please beware when buying from this seller!

There was a bit of a delay in shipping, but I’m not mad because 1) I was told upfront it was Golden Week (a Japanese holiday) so I should expect a mild delay, 2) the seller was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything the that originally came in the box (optical audio cable, original remote, and all the paperwork explaining advanced features) even though the listing advertised only the base system.SONY CECH-ZVS1J PS3 surround sound system Used Tested JAPAN Used Game (N° 155683578342)
