I contacted seller upon opening, and sent photos. Seller immediately refunded the item and was so gracious about it. I would have loved to buy this item from them should they have had another one in stock. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, given how they value the customer relationship and doing the right thing. I look forward to shopping their store to support their business
