Orders are packed so there's never any damages. Deliveries are almost never late, quite often they're early :) Communication is easy, quite often you've spoken or written to the same person before. That cuts down misunderstandings and questions are easy to ask. Information is traded freely. Thank you for being one of my "saved sellers."

While the listing said gold nib, only one pen had a gold nib, but fortunately, after researching each individual pen, they turned out to be a great value.
