He did not tell the truth about it and I got a $ 50. refund i should get my full refund back. I will not purchase from them again, buyers beware. I tried to fix it but too many broken parts missing, and it will only go in reverse for a short time then shots out, the coal car was put together from spare parts and no guts to it. I asked them what I could do to make it right and they said a partial refund. I provided the full partial refund they requested immediately upon request. I'm sorry the train wasn't up to your standards. I took pictures of the train. I don't appreciate you providing me with such a negative review when I provided you all the options to make it right.

It cracked me up when I saw the package (a potato chip box!) wrapped entirely in packing tape, including the cardboard tube from the empty tape roll as packing material. Keep up the good work!
