Seller was unexpectedly out of the charger needed for the device, but went out of their way to find a replacement and provided a refund of the charger price so I could order it. They also offered to buy it themselves and ship them together if I preferred. I really appreciated this transparency and proactiveness in solving the issue. A+, highly recommended!
