Now he wants the doll in exchange for a full refund, although I'm asking for a partial refund just so I can replace the box. No communication skills whatsoever, even when buying a NRFB $1000 doll. I offered full refund with shipping reimbursement and she refused. She wanted a partial refund which would amount to half the order so she count double the price of the doll and resale it for a profit. She said the partial was to replace the box but one cannot replace a OOAK doll box. It was a bad experience for the both of us. She had stated that the doll shifted in the box and tore the part around the feet of the doll about an inch.
