Sorry the speaker didn’t meet expectations, but why would we knowingly sell a faulty item? eBay protects your return, and once it’s back, if the fault exists it will be listed as such. Royal Mail returns cost under £3.50, so £15 seems exaggerated. A message first would have resolved this without negative feedback.
