Had the additional items (which the seller didn't bother to list or describe) not been of value. we'd have had a different outcome. The cardboard box this came in was apparently used so many times before that it was no longer rigid. As far as communication is concerned, it was lackadaisical. I would be very circumspect about buying non-jewelry items from this seller.
